ingredients

  1. 1 pack Dietz & Watson Jumbo Beef Dietz Dogs
  2. 1 pack Dietz & Watson Sliced American or Provolone Cheese
  3. 1 pack Dietz & Watson London Broil
  4. 2-4 tablespoons olive oil
  5. 1 white onion, sliced
  6. 1 red pepper, sliced
  7. 1 green pepper, sliced
  8. garlic powder, to taste
  9. salt, to taste
  10. pepper, to taste
  11. 6 hot dog buns

directions

  1. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, red peppers, and green peppers to the skillet and sauté until soft and slightly caramelized, about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste and set aside
  3. In the same skillet, cook Dietz & Watson Jumbo Beef Dietz Dogs over medium heat about 5-7 minutes or until they are heated through and nicely seared. Set aside.
  4. Add thinly chopped Dietz & Watson London Broil to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  5. Place a Dietz Dog in each bun and top with cooked peppers & onions, London Broil, and a slice of Dietz & Watson American Cheese or Dietz & Watson Provolone Cheese if you prefer.
  6. Place the assembled hot dogs under broiler for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, be sure not to burn.
  7. Enjoy!
