ingredients

  • 2 slices of Dietz & Watson Roasted Garlic Cheddar Cheese (pre-sliced)
  • 2 slices of Dietz & Watson Peppadew Cheddar Cheese (thinly sliced)
  • Herr’s Jalapeño Kettle Chips (about 8 chips)
  • Mixed Greens (washed and dried)
  • Roasted Veggies (Tomatoes, Red Onions, Yellow Squash, Zucchini, thinly sliced)
  • Guacamole (prepared)
  • Spinach Wrap (warmed)

directions

  1. Warm tortilla in sauté pan or panini grill. Evenly spread guacamole on the tortilla from the middle up.
  2. Place Dietz & Watson Roasted Garlic and Peppedew Cheddar Cheeses in the center of the tortilla over lapping one another.
  3. Place the roasted vegetables over the cheese.
  4. Place the chips over the vegetables and top with the mixed greens.
  5. Fold both sides of the tortilla in and fold the tortilla up to close the wrap. Slice on an angle and enjoy.
