ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 12 slices Dietz & Watson Smoked Provolone Cheese
  • 1 package Dietz & Watson Natural Angus Roast Beef
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • Seasoning
    • 8 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
    • 1 packet Au Jus seasoning mix, separated
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
    • 3/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, optional
    • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, optional

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º
  2. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Slice rolls in half without separating
  4. Place bottom half of rolls in baking dish
  5. Layer half the slices of cheese, followed by roast beef and crispy onions
  6. Top with the remaining slices of cheese and tops of rolls
  7. Combine seasoning ingredients in small bowl
  8. Brush sauce on top of buns
  9. Bake the sliders uncovered until cheese is gooey and tops of the rolls are golden brown (about 10 minutes)
