ingredients

  • Dietz & Watson Cranberry Goat Cheese
  • Dietz & Watson Prosciutto
  • 1 Baguette roll
  • Olive Oil for drizzling
  • Cranberry sauce (for garnish)
  • Dried Cranberries (for garnish)
  • Rosemary (for garnish)

directions

  1. First, slice your baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices. Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil on each slice.
  2. Toast the baguette slices in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 5-7 minutes or until they are golden and crispy, turning them once to ensure even toasting.
  3. Once your toasties are finished, take them out of the oven and rizzle more olive oil. Spread a generous amount of Cranberry Goat Cheese on each slice, followed by extra cranberry sauce, dried cranberries, and rosemary.
  4. Finish & top each crostini with a slice of prosciutto.
  5. Enjoy!
