  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Maple Syrup for the glaze
  • Wooden skewers

directions

  1. First, grill your Dietz & Watson Chicken Sausage to your desired temperature/cook.
  2. In a large pot of salted water, boil sweet potato cubes until fork tender. Drain immediately.
  3. Cut your brussels in half and roast in the oven.
  4. In a large skillet, add oil and preheat to medium.
  5. Add drained sweet potatoes and sautee until lightly browned.
  6. Cut your sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Take your skewers and place a piece of sausage, sweet potato, and brussels in a repeating pattern until your skewers are filled. We also recommend adding in some red onions and bell peppers for added flavor, but feel free to use whatever you'd like on your skewer.
  8. Drilled maple glaze on top and enjoy!
