  1. Dietz & Watson Buffalo Chicken Sausage
  2. Dietz & Watson Asiago & Spinach Chicken Sausage
  3. Dietz & Watson Buffalo Wing Cheddar
  4. Dietz & Watson Roasted Garlic Cheddar
  5. Cherry tomatoes, on the vine
  6. Italian herbs, to taste
  7. Baguette

directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut Dietz & Watson Buffalo Chicken Sausage and Dietz & Watson Asiago & Spinach Chicken Sausage into bite-sized pieces and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Grill sausage, turning occasionally, about 10 minutes until slightly browned and heated through.
  4. Slice the baguette and brush both sides with olive oil.
  5. Place the bread slices on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly toasted.
  6. Top half with a slice of Dietz & Watson Buffalo Wing Cheddar and the other half with a slice of Dietz & Watson Roasted Garlic Cheddar. Close the grill and let cook for another 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Brush tomatoes with olive oil and grill for 1- 2 minutes or until they are slightly charred.
  8. Arrange on a cutting board, sprinkle with italian herbs, and serve!
