ingredients

  • 2 pounds Dietz & Watson Hatch Chile Cheese
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 2 tbsp Hatch Chiles
  • 2 tbsp Diced Jalapeños
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Cumin

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a sauce pan on low heat, add cream and add thin slices of cheese. Stir cheese mixture until melted.
  3. Add Hatch Chiles and jalapenos to cheesy mixture.
  4. Add a pepper, salt, and cumin, stir until well blended.
  5. Pour queso in your preferred dish and bake for ten minutes. Serve with tortillas.
